JONATHAN HARNISCH
Jonathan is Fat Man Media’s founding member and creative director. He is an award-winning writer, who is best known for his short film, Ten Years, a study in estrangement and winner of the Audience Award (Best Short Film) at the 1999 New York International Independent Film and Video Festival. Ten Years placed in quite a few other festivals, including the 1998 Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival.
In 2001, his screenplay Freak won a Golden Star Halo award from the Southern California Motion Picture Council, and in 2006, won top honors at the Los Angeles chapter of the New York Independent Film and Video Festival. His work has won top honors in numerous other competitions, including The Writers Place in 2007.
Jonathan attended NYU Tisch School of the Arts.

MAUREEN COOKE
Maureen is also a founding member of Fat Man Media; in addition, she is the company’s managing member and creative director. Working with her husband, screenwriter Jonathan Harnisch, Maureen has written and produced several short films, including Wax and On the Bus. They are now in preproduction on the short Dead of Night and in development of the full-length feature My Summer at Circus Camp.
Prior to starting up Fat Man Media with Jonathan, Maureen worked as an online editor, a writing teacher, and studied writing with John Nichols (Milagro Beanfield War); Rudy Anaya (Bless Me Ultima); Harry Lawton (Willy Boy), and Matthew McDuffie (A Cool, Dry Place). Her work has appeared primarily in journals and magazines.

KIMBERLY LIPHARDT
Kimberly is Fat Man Media’s director of creative affairs and oversees budget and finance.
Kimberly is a writer and actor working with Fat Man Media. She can be seen in On the Bus as the girl with giraffe, while her short, The Worst Babysitter Ever is now in post-production. Currently Kimberly is developing several scripts for Fat Man including the shorts, Show and Tell and Funny Love.
Before working with Fat Man Media, Kimberly worked as an extra on movies including Wild Hogs and Beerfest. She also received her bachelor’s degree in theatre from the University of New Mexico. Her stage plays have been presented at several different venues in Albuquerque.

SCHUYLER LIPHARDT
Schuyler is one of Fat Man Media’s producers, director of development, advisor of creative affairs, and serves as distribution liaison.
Although still a student, Schuyler has already produced a number of short videos including Fat Man’s The Big Flush and The Worst Babysitter Ever. In addition, he worked on Duke City Shootout’s Man Trap and the educational DVD series Rhymes and Times. Currently, Schuyler is in preproduction on Fat Man’s My Summer at Circus Camp.
